It's as if the supermarkets take the piss out of those who are gluten free as they know regardless of how much they charge for the food people will buy it as that's all they can eat.

Yeah, it's a big problem, for sure. I know the process to make the foods is different and therefore more expensive, but...there's got to be a more cost effective way.
