We can get about -10 in the Winter but that's as cold as it gets generally.
 
Yeah, Texas is good that way, though it can also be VERY swift in changing, lol. I remember living there and it's pure sun one minute and torrential rain the next then back to pure sun again, lol

Yeah, Mother Nature in Texas is very fickle.
 
I think that's why I like the AZ weather, even with the scorching heat, the worst we get are monsoons and haboobs.
 
In the windiest city of New Zealand which is Wellington you can basically have four seasons in one day and people wear shorts regardless of the weather.

Has to get up to 40+ for me to wear shorts or obviously if I'm in the pool I'll wear board shorts.
 
I've been called crazy so many times, typically by old dudes, for wearing shorts in the winter.
