They're saying it's suspicious. It's where homeless people live so mental health,.drugs, etc. Our government pays for those who are homeless to live there in emergency situations.

Oh no. I hope it's not targeted, or crime-related. That would be awful! So many lives put at risk for nothing, essentially. Fingers crossed it's nothing like that!
