Oh, you know, still waiting for that contractor who said he'd show up yesterday. Now it's today during lunch LOL again...waiting
He'd better give you a good discount on his "services" that he's not providing.
Seriously! He is supposed to give me a quote, but then acted like he was going to do the work yesterday as well, but I'm not sure he fully understands what we're asking him to do. It's not a one hour job.
Sounds like one of those typical handymen, lol. Will fix anything, 30 minutes or free!!
I don't mind paying well if they do the job properly. The last guy who worked on our shutters "knew it all" and then failed. He came back twice more and then gave up and didn't respond to me. I should have outed him online, but I didn't want to do it when I was really mad, so I waited and then it was really too late.
Ah, those types are absolutely awful. Hopefully this guy 1.) turns up, and 2.) can actually do the job properly!

Sleep! I hope, at least, I've been dealing with an infection in my leg and a sickness on top of it that's kept me from sleeping even the minimal amount I usually sleep, so I'm hoping I can get some kind of decent sleep this weekend.
I am sorry to hear that @PGen98 🙁 I hope you manage to get some sleep and start to feel much better soon.
