He didn't 🙁 Because it was raining in the morning, he went to an indoor job and then texted later saying he would be over...but then time passed and he texted even later asking if it was okay to be here early the next morning. I didn't want him accidentally flinging the ladders into my windows because he's too tired, so I said it's probably better to come this morning. More waiting.

Aww, I'm so sorry that happened, but you're right, better off postponing when he's at that stage. I hope he's there early today!

Well, it took all day, but the shutters are officially DONE! Hopefully the birds can't wreck it and get back behind them for the next 5-10 years. We spent way too much money over the years on these stupid things.
