Luckily I got a full refund. Does Doordash ever take your complaints seriously?
Yeah, every time I’ve submitted a complaint they’ve listened to me and corrected it. I just hate it because I feel like I have to do it so much and I’m scared one day they’re gonna be like “yeah, no this girl just trying to scam us.” I’m not trying to scam anybody, I just want my food delivered to me per my delivery instructions, to not be stolen, or for items not to be missing. It’s always something wrong. 🙁
Uber can be a bit hit and miss in regards to refunds for long waits or cold food etc.
Well, I’ve never tried to get a refund for long waits or my food being cold. I think that’s a completely different story than everything that I’ve experienced so far.
My brother one time didn't receive his food and when he went to get a refund they were like yeah, nah.
That’s crazy. Every time I didn’t receive my food DoorDash just has the restaurant remake it and a new Dasher deliver it.
I think Uber Eats can be one of the worst. I haven't really had any issues with Doordash.
I’ve never used Uber eats simply because I have DoorDash and also a dash pass so I don’t see a reason to try something else. It’s probably the same people who DoorDash, who also work for Uber eats anyways. 🤷🏼♀️
I got half price Uber One for a year and I use Uber a lot for rides. 😛
Don’t feel like an outsider! It’s good that you haven’t done that and you still go out and do those things. I feel like a hermit. 🤣🤣
I mean...I do get curbside service a lot, so I'm still being..."convenient" in my ways, lol
I do it mostly as there is no public transport in this small town.
Very valid reason to do that.
Beats the hell out of me!
