FP cash is forum cash (basically). For each thread and post you make, you earn cash. There is/are several other ways to earn FP cash around the forum as well. 🙂

Also, if you hover over that (?) you'll get a little box that explains what FP Cash is and how to get it. 🙂

I think so. If it's a forum or website, you can advertise it so long as you either A) owner the forum/site or B) are apart of the staff for the advertised forum/site.

Yes, that pretty much counts as staff. Just include that you're staff for the site/forum in your opening post, and that you have permission from the owner of the said site/forum to advertise for it.
