Im going to agree on Cloverfield on that one, Ive experienced both and 3.8x is much better at this point.

That's true to a point and it is exactly what VB have been saying themselves. However, if you own a VB3 lifetime licence, that does not give you the right to download VB4. It's lifetime in that you can get VB3 for as long as you like, but VB3 will become out of date. Plus to make matters worse, it only allows you to upgrade to a certain level of VB3. I owned a "lifetime" licence for VB3 and had to purchase a new licence just so that I could upgrade the forum from VB 3.6 to VB 3.8 - not something I was very happy about.

And, unfortunately, they eill be forcing all vb3 users to upgrade to vb4 in the near future 🙁

I think he is looking for a license with a forum attached. So that he can customize the forum. Correct me if I'm wrong though.
