Well, as its name would suggest, it's a promotion forum where you can promote your forum, site or blog here and receive feedback. You can also participate in posting packages to increase activity on your site (if you have one). Alternatively, you can just have a browse on what site and forums are promoted here at your leisure 🙂

I'm sure that's enough for you to take in but, one of the loyal staff can give you a better explanation of it all 😛
