My name is Elli!

I initially joined Forum Promotion some time ago, but never used my account and requested it deleted. I've returned to browse the content here and offer help to others, with the intention of staying this time.

I have primarily been using the ProBoards forum software for somewhere in the vicinity of 12 years, and also have experience with other major forum software. In that time, I've managed several forums, but I'm mostly just good for code these days. There was a time when I was more of a designer; it turns out that coding eight hours a day, five days a week will change the way your brain thinks. That design skill still gets used, though!

I can vouch for Elli as I have witnessed first-hand her major contributions not only in the ProBoards Support community but also with the Gaming Boards community. She has designed our theme at GB and has worked diligently to improve the design even further.

Hey @ebbymac! I used to be all over the ProBoards scene back in the day. I believe I remember you. I owned a graphic design forum that was called IncrediBAD. I’m pretty sure you were on it, unless I’m mistaken. My username was 2787cmt back then.

I do remember you! And IncrediBAD. That was a while ago, good to see you around again. Are Ajay and xcessive around here, too?

"ebbymac" comes from "Elli Mac", which is what my dad and grandma called me when I was little, haha! "ebbymac" was a nickname my best friend gave to me a long, long time ago, and it's stuck around as my username.

We've got plenty of ProBoards peeps around these parts that you may be familiar with. @Ajay is here, but I don't believe I've seen xcessive anywhere since IncrediBAD. I pretty much left ProBoards after IncrediBAD though, since that was when V5 was finally being released. You may remember @edenwax. He was the one who designed the second style that we had on IncrediBAD, before it was ruined by V5.

@Rick Ace and @DylRicho also go back to the ProBoards days. They ran a graphic/coding/tech forum called H5 Network back before V5 as well.
 
Welcome to FP elli! 😀 I remember you from Proboards Support, where you said you remembered me lol. But even that is now years ago... time flies. 😵
