As for interface situations you can always just raise your concerns over at https://forumpromotion.net/community-matters.2/ which note worthily I love about this community. Being you can ask the community or the staffs at large if something is up or you having troubles using the forums.

I for one have a screensharer at the ready as I needed to present to my supplier of what was going on their interface. So I kept it around knowing it might serve good uses and most certainly a customer service tool to boot. 😀
