Help cant get forum off the ground.

I had several people say to me that they wanted a specific automotive technical forum so I set one up a few months back.

So far I have a grand total of 2 members and only myself the admin has posted. I thought it could be a usefull resource but it certainly wont without posters.

Im not sure where to go from here do I keep trying to find members or just let the forum die id rather not do this as there has been quite a lot of thought and effort put into building it in the first place.

You can post your forum link on Facebook groups dedicated to cars, or make a Facebook Group about cars, and add a link back to your forum.

You can also twett about cars on Twitter.

Post Exchanges also help in the short and long term.

Have you tried using Post Loops which is a post exchange site.

Not tried post exchange as im not really sure how they work.

The forum is linked from my far more succesfull forum

Post exchange work by you agreeing to post on another forums owners forum, and they post on your forum.

Some post exchange work by you paying someone 2 cents to 5 cents per post via Paypal.
