Help For Advertising

First thing that comes into my mind: proper domain. dot.tk is not trusted anymore, it's being used by scammers/hackers now to publish their keylogger-websites etc.

Being on Forumotion can turn many people away.

Try commenting on blogs that are on your forum genre or general-like blogs. Posting on forums with the link in your signature, and just inviting your friends seems to work best in my experience.

The way you have the forum headlines displayed on the site, makes it look unprofessional. You would probably get more people joining if you tidied up that area a little. Consider;

- Using only one font colour
- Using a smaller font size
- Using less text in each notice
- Making sure all of the headlines are clickable links
- Showing less headlines
- Maintain the same vertical space between each headline.

Good luck with it!

Attack your target audience. If you want WoW players, join other WoW forums and have your site banner/link in your signature. Outside of a great search engine ranking, that is going to be the best way for you to get traffic from users in the proper demographic.

I find that posting relevant comments in to a dofollow blog is one of the best ways, and not forgetting to include your keywords...You get the quality backlinks you need and will also help drive more traffic to your website! Another good way is directory submissions!
