Can't stress this enough. If you're paying for backlinks you are getting junk links that are actually going to hurt your SEO rather than boost it.

For a beginner with no connections it's quite hard to just jump in and build quality backlinks. Fiver has some well respected and highly rated sellers that will even give you all the backlink info with a full report. You have to be careful, but a good search and reading some of the many reviews a seller gets is a good start.

If you want to get more backlinks, you must build it by yourself. You can do it by many methods, build PBN, place backlinks in many quality website, forum. Don't buy a backlinks package on anywhere. It will make your site die soon.
