[Help] how to make my forums famous??

Lol! Have you actually heard of a 'famous' forum? Forums aren't celebrities.
Firstly, you're not going to get a million members overnight. Heck, you're lucky to get even one member overnight. Running forums is consistently tough.
As for a link to promote your forums, you're on one right now. Hence why this place is called 'Forum Promotion'.
If you're looking for some activity, try some packages and exchanges. Also, spread the word to your friends. Just try and get some posts happening.
