Help! I destroyed my forums

I was trying to install phpBB 3.0.1 over 3.0.0, and I completely messed it up.

EDIT: And I learned to do this:
Make a daily backup of your data. It's best to do it at 12:00 midnight each day and before upgrading to a new version of the forum software you use.

Unless you have a backup of your forum at some time, you're screwed.
You can read the response to my post right here for instructions on how to properly upgrade.
If you don't have a single MOD, it's very easy to upgrade. Just download the automatic update package, upload it, and run the instructions.
But if you have MODs, check the above link. I'm upgrading my forum right now.
