I need your advice! I already know my forum doesn't have very many posts, but how can I make the forum more appealing to users? Any ideas?

What made you consider this sort of topic? Family who had medical issues? yourself? Why don't you share your own story at your own "Your Story" forum?

I started the forum to help spread awareness, peer support, and healthy ideas.

The only suggest at this time would be to make threads, specially in the less populated areas. zero post areas can be quite discouraging for many people.

Good luck. You could try to gather articles about the subject, get content.
Then you could answer yahoo questions and cite your forum as a source.
