I plugged it in and it wouldn't power up.
Everything was in right but nothing happened.

Item could be defected, if you are positive it's hooked up right, call them for an exchange.

Talk to them. We can't get you a refund, so if you are just looking for help, email them. I bet they know more than anyone on here about it.

Patrick are you sure everything is plugged in correctly.
I had the same problem and that's all it was.
Does the power supply work outside the case?
