Help with Forum Rules

I am looking for some help writing up some Forum Rules, Guidelines and FAQ's. if you can help please reply underneath or PM me please.

I can help with this, but you would at least need to tell me what type of forum it is. Some rules are needed for certain types of forums. Like certain posting rules or if a certain area needs separate rules or not.

Hi, Thanks for the help. it is a technology forum. i will leave a link below to the site. for the rules i just want basic rules like no spamming, advertising(accept on Sig), no racism, no selling stolen illegal items. general things like that.

For the rules you can go with the general 🙂 you know already 🙂
1-No illegal stuff
2- Respect other members
3- Dont advertise
4- Dont Spam
5 Dont Flame
6- Do not post pornographic content on our site
and so on

Visit a competing technology forum and take a look at their rules. You will then have some form of idea of what rules you want and need. You can simply type their rules in your own words. Ensure you don't copy and paste though. 😀
