Help with images.

Today I uploaded my rank system from the library. most of the ranks uploaded fine but not all of them. Apparently Invisionfree only allows the size of the images to be less than 30 KB.

I was wondering if I could get help making these images fit that criteria?










Also remember that I am working from my Wii and I will need a new link to each resized image to upload to my photobucket.
