help with my logo's size

Can anyone help me get my forum's logo the same size as the default vBulletin logo and so there is not as much open space in the forum's header?

If you can find a free program to use, you'll need to crop in closer to your art...look at how closely the vbulletin one is:




and now look at how much space is around yours:
