Help with phpbb3 mod

Ok, well I was trying to install a mod on my phpbb test board and was nearly through until I got to this part:

<php-installer>ads/database.php</php-installer>

Then I got lost. Cn someone tell me exactly what I should do here. I think I remember reading in a tutorial that I should use PHPMyAdmin, but I had no idea what do in it.

or what ever your domain and your forums domain is run. /ads/database.php at the end of the domain

Ok I did that and it says download the latest umil file. Where should I download it to?

the root directory. but you don't have to just run the install

Ok i uploaded the UMIL files and followed the instructions in the install.xml file. What now?

Run yourdomain.com ads/database.php and that should be it

I did that but it just came up as a blank screen :/

hmmm that i don't get. once you run the file and click install.

In the acp Under the general tab in Board configuration should be advertisement management

Could this have something to do with me moving a file into the language folder?

make sure that ads/database.php isn't an empty file. yeah a language could have something to do with it. but i don't see why.

did you add all the files to your forum from the mod

Have you done this :

There is a PHP install file that needs to be run in order to complete the installation.
To run it point your browser to, for example, domain.tld/phpBB3/ads/database.php
