help with pm settings please

I Am in the process of setting up my own forum and want to know if it is possible to allow members to recive private messages from moderators and admin and for them to send private messages to moderators and admin but not other members if that makes sense.

I don't think that is possible... I think it can only be set so that they can't sent PM's to anyone or they can send them to everyone and there is no inbetween.
