Helping friends brainstorm then having your ideas stolen

What if your friend asked you for help with her forum and then you spent a few weeks helping her brainstorm ideas and then she took all your ideas and used them for herself and took full credit as if you had never helped? Would this bother you?

The fact is if you tell someone; expect someone else to use the idea!

It would bother me. It takes heaps of effort to come up with ideas but then again because it's a friend i would be rather reluctant to crack it at them.
