You can read the simple explanation of the system by moving your mouse over the "?" next to your FP cash amount. As mentioned there, you can gain the virtual cash by making posts, threads, or participating in the exchanges at "Forum Cash Exchanges" section. You can use the cash to request services (packages, reviews, and advertisements) or buy items at the "Marketplace" section.
