I have seen several episodes of this tv documentary which featured real estate in Hawaii. A client comes to inquire on the houses for sale and he is brought by the agent to the prospective home that would fit his budget. I was amused in knowing the cost of the houses there. One nice house was being sold for 200k only. I said only because the house was sitting on a 500 square lot that is near the shore. It’s nice to watch when I have nothing better to do.
