Hey all, nothing much to say. Been around community based development on and off since 2001, but more recently I've decided to return to either resurrect an old community, or start a new one from scratch.
Past communities;
Fighting game community custom written forum originally built on Perl/flatfile but migrated to PHP/MySQL after a year or so. From memory it had 35k members and I want to say 300k posts. I let that community fade away around 2006 due to Facebook appearing and a lot of the community going there.
A few MMO based guild sites spanning 2004-2012, can't remember the numbers, but member count was low (due to it being a closed community), but post count probably peaking a little under 100k for each.
Since 2012, I've been wandering without a cause, but I hope to start something again shortly.
