If you want to add images to your signature use the image tags for example:

Code: 
[img]Your%20Image%20Link[/img]

Replace "Your%20Image%20Link" with the direct link of your image.

Code: 
For urls: [url]put your url here[/url]

Replace "put your url here" with a link to your website.

To make your images click-able:

Code: 
[url=your website link][img]your%20image%20link[/img][/url]

Replace "your website link" with a link of your website a and replcaed "your%20image%20link" with a direct link to your image.
