Well, advertise (obviously). Have you made an advert thread in the Basic Promotion board yet? You can also try the Signature Advertising board. There are also other various areas to help advertise. 🙂 One good place is Exchange Central. You can request people to join your forum in exchange for you joining theirs. Another good board to try is Forum Cash Exchanges. You can trade FPCash for members, posts, etc. 🙂
