Im trying to figure this out, on how to post on a certain topic, Im trying to folllow the steps on the promotion directory and I went to the business technology category
and the instruction is telling me to post a thread there and the forum wont let me because im lack of privileges, like what, can you help me

I posted in the Community Matters forum in response to what you wrote. You probably did not have 5 posts on the forum which is a requirement before being able to have your site listed in the Promotion Directory.
