Hide links to guests {MYBB 1.6}

I'm wondering if there is anything similar to what I see here:

The link above is a forum with a IP board software, but I'm wondering if there is a "Register to See this link" for mybb 1.6 as seen in the link above. Does anyone here know of a forum plugin similar to this?

Software: Mybb 1.6.8 (version checked every week)
Position: Owner/Operator (full ftp and board access)

Yes, but he's running MyBB so I don't think he's using a nulled anything. 😛
