Are you looking for free webhosts or paid hosts?
If you're looking for free webhosts then I don't think you're going to find anything better than 000webhost. (This isn't to say that 000webhost is the best... merely that all the free webhosts, at least that I've come across, are more or less equal to 000webhost. They all have some issue, just in different areas. Some have a few more problems with stability, others have uptime problems, some have less hard drive space/bandwidth, others have more restrictions, etc... )
For paid hosts... These are the first 3 that came to me.
Hawkhost is a bit more expensive (
~$4 for their basic plan). If I recall right, FP used to be hosted with Hawkhost... So that should give an indication of uptime/speed/quality.
UZRhost's
plans are a bit more flexible. (Starting at ~2$, though likely the more you add the more they'd increase. )
Simplix's
plans give less hard drive space (1 GB less than Hawkhost's basic plan), but significantly more bandwidth (5GB more than Hawkhost's basic plan). And the basic plan here is 2$ less than Hawkhost's...
