HYIP as they are often called, are mostly scams and pretty much ponzi schemes. However, if you are there first you make some good $$.
The trick is not putting a lot of money in one HYIP as you will simply lose it. The trick is doing tons of small investments.
For example, putting $10 in a HYIP could be considered safe, but you'd only make around $2.50 in a day. However, doing 100 of those per day (only 100 clicks, but a good amount of research) would bring you $250 per day.
