Hiring Paid Active Posters

Bit of a new one really, I'm testing the waters to see if anybody wants to maybe become a paid poster on my forum. I'm not looking for a user to make a specific amount and stop as i don't think that does much for a forum. I'd want a member who posts daily and becomes a regular face around the forum.

I'd pay monthly on the same day each month via PayPal.
