First Impressions & Appearance
When I first enter your forum I see a big advertisement this draws me away from your banner your skin and everything else, I would suggest removing the advertisement or moving it to the bottom of the page if you are going to have one at all. The next thing I see is the big red X for guests to register, personally I really hate this thing, its too big and it draws me away from the things a guest should be attracted to such as the skin, banner, and boards. Now moving onto your banner I think it is a bit too small and you could probably make it a tiny bit bigger to make it stand out a bit more. However I like the custom made banner its simple and very unique.
Moving onto your skin, I would have to say very generic, I find that today most owners go for the easy way out and chose premade skins and I think a lot of members do like forums with custom skins which stand out and are nice on the eyes. Your title bar at the top of the page stands out more than your boards and it does not really suit the skin as well. Your board icons are a bit weird they are a paint splat or some kind of a bug, but they don’t really suit the skin of the forum or the theme of the forum. The size of the boards I think need to be resized and they should be a bit smaller I think.

Site Layout
Your layout and choice of boards and sub boards I would say are very poor, You have 40 boards which I think is way too much, having a board just dedicated to rules is a waste of space and is not necessary I would suggest making the topic and announcement and removing the board. Also all the boards with one topic should be merged with other boards or just gotten rid of for example The gallery could just be merged with Media arts. The sub boards with no posts in them should be removed such as instruments and a lot of the sub boards under other sports. The only reason administrators create sub boards are because the board itself is being cluttered with posts around the same general theme, however this is not happening with your forum at all, so you have no need to create them. I would suggest removing all your sub boards really except the ones in gaming and maybe webmaster.

Statistics and Activity
Posts:5,605 Members:213. It did not give me a total for topics so I counted them up and there were around 500, so you have around 5,100 posts. I noticed that a few posts have been made in April my ordinary members so I don’t know if june the 25th is your real opening date, or maybe you hired people to post in your forum before opening, this is good as it shows commitment. If June is your opening date you are doing extremely well on the advertising front and posting front and you are doing very well. And you should keep up the hard work however I think I can tell that a lot of you posts on your forum are from post exchanges or you buying posts and you can tell this by members not having avatars or looking at their join date and when they were last on. So what you have to do is make interesting topics and try and get lots of people involved.

Staff Moderation
You have two admins and that is perfect and I presume that you two are co owners and it seems that you can handle the work load well, there is very little spam and members don’t seem to be acting up as well. The two admins are very professional in their day to day business and grammar and spelling seem to be up to standard. I like the way Noreturn is the most person with the biggest amount of posts today as well as 2nd largest amount of posts on the forum. I also like the way theOkilla has the most posts on the forum. It shows commitment to the forum. Keep up the good work. Remember if you need help don’t be afraid to ask for it, but you seem to be fine with just yourselves.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
I really like how your forum descriptions are done and all the grammar and the spelling is good, they are not repetitive and they are good descriptions well done. However your forum rules and posting guidelines are not very professional and I would like to see them be made more professional, they really look like a joke in my opinion. As I said your staff members are very professional and keep up the good work.
