First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
What I liked: I simply loved the logo, at a first look it had me stunned and it just very well done. Specially the double text effect (I guess), it was very cool. I also really liked the two bars on each side, something I haven't seen before, very very unique. Your ads also placed in good places.
What I disliked: Quickly skimming down your forums, you have good number of posts in each forum, however, few of them don't have much and the graphics forum has 0 posts. I also didn't like the little blue bar next to each new topic titles, I thought it is awkwardly placed. The overall design, it's very simple and looks a bit outdated.
Suggested Improvements: At the current time, I think pretty much everyone expects a web2 design; the tables are very simple, the category backgrounds are plain gradients. What I would suggest is you live'n up the forum design. Also, fill up any empty or low-post forums as soon as possible, the reason is obvious.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
I found your menu placements & order very nice, very well organized. Your categories & forums are also very nicely organized, they go from site forums to general hockey discussion to specific hockey discussions and lastly general lounge forums. I really wouldn't have it any other way. Although I think that your Entertainment forum should not be a subforum under On the Bench, rather a forum of it's own.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
You have only 23 members but have already made 3k+ posts, that is very impressive. Also, over the last 24 hours, there were 8 members online; though that itself doesn't sound good but all of those 8 members have a good number of posts, which shows their regularity of them. However, you should still work hard on getting more members and a lot more posts, after all this a sports forum and sport forums should be heavy on members and posts.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You currently have two administrators and one moderator, which is, in my opinion, absolutely perfect. What I found very odd was that one of your admins only have 20+ posts, for an admin that post count is way too low. I would suggest you ask him/her to start posting little more frequently.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
I'm very much a "grammar nazi" and I failed to find any grammatical or spelling mistakes on your forums. Although some of your forum descriptions doesn't sound right, they are not grammatically wrong. You have all your spelling and punctuations correct. Not much to say here besides that you've done an excellent job.
