First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
As soon as I visit the forum, I notice a very well done logo that fits nicely into your theme. It looks great and resembles the forum well. (It also depicts one of my favorite team players in it too
😀)
I can see a "Latest Activity" box called "Overview" which shows latest topics, highest posters, ect. I fell it is a large box and is intruding. I feel it would be better around the footer. That would fit in better if it weren't so big. If you can resize it, I would.
The design hits me in the face (in a good way). It is very nicely done, has icons unique to your forum's name and generally has a nice colorscheme.
Very nice forum when I take a peek at it when I first visit the forum

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
I found the layout rather confusing, because you have to click on tabs. However it is a good idea because you have so many forums, it seem to keep everything organized.
As I had said previously, if there was anyway to resize the "Overview" box, that would help tremendously because it just feels, in the way to me.
I really like how forums are placed, though. Everything goes in its corresponding category and is very neatly done. I like how every North American league of hockey is displayed, not just the NHL. Many people forget or are unaware of those groups. Good job :great:
Overall, your site is pretty well laid out. Ads are at the bottom, and fill in white space, forums go in the correct "tab" and category, and no unneeded features are there.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
There looks to be a great amount of activity on your forum. The best part is, some members have a higher post count than you. That means they have a great interest in the forum and really dedicate themselves to it.
For starting in March, your forum is hot! When I check your forums, all have been posted in within a week of today. Great job using that.
I am not exactly sure when each league starts or ends, but your forum looks like it stays consistent even when Hockey season is over with roleplaying forums. With some great activity

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
I am not exactly sure what names your group uses as moderation staff. If I am correct, the Head Coach would be a team leader, Assistant Coach is a Assistant Team Leader, General Managers are moderators and the Owner, is ofcourse you and/or administrators.
Going by that, you forum is very well moderated. Might be a tad overstaffed but the forum isn't covered by staff - and each member has been active on the forum and helpful (from what I read).
Overall, I see no issues on the forum regarding members fighting, spam, or any other situation a forum may encounter. Great job and great staff.

I would revise every forum written under "North America" and "Europe" provide more information on the subject, such as a description of the team and what the forum discusses. EX: (The NHL is the National Hockey League in North America. Discuss teams, games, and anything in general about the NHL)
