Luigi, you have to realize that the primary objective of 90% of the forums here is to advertise their own forum, not to join other forums. Threads circulate faster than dough on a rolling pin. You can take a look at a lot of the threads here, and I can almost guarantee you that 80% of the posts in each thread are from the board owners themselves.

I don't think it is necessary for everyone to announce that they are joining your forum.
