Any tips(Don't make much of any related to the layout, those are the colors of the phpBB theme "proBlack", that I have and no suggestions for light themes, I despise those) you have?

My current statistics:
Total posts 763 • Total topics 215 • Total members 11 • Our newest member Max

I also have the following phpBB3 mods installed:
*Prime Log-in Redirect
*Prime Anti-Bot Question
*Knuffel
*Ultimate Points
*Auto-Groups
*NV Last Topics
*Community Moderation(it allows you to vote up or vote down posts, if a post reaches "-3", it will be hidden)
*Custom Title Mod
*ACP Announcements Center

I'm also considering installing a reputation mod.
So that't all my info.
Any tips?

The first thing I noticed was the enormous banner you have. Shortening it down could in turn shorten the amount of scrolling each member has to do on the forum. If you don't want to cut the banner down, you try and fill in the blank spaces you have on the banner. It just looks plain and as if you ran out of ideas to put in it.

The skin is dark which I don't like. I prefer forums that are clean and light and I am sure so do most of the visitors gonig to your forum. But as your forum is for gaming I can understand why you chose a dark style.

The news bar/scrolling affiliate box is another thing I don't like. With it scrolling visitors have to follow the text and buttons to see what they look like and have written on them. I suggest making it so they are just in one place.

For only 11 members you have a good amount of posts and topics. This is great as when more members start joining your forum they will have no trouble finding topics to reply to and this will keep them n your forum for a while. You have the right amount of staff for a forum that small, I see too many forums now-a-days hiring loads of staff members for a small forum and then they are stuck because there is no work for them to do.

I made that in GIMP

I'm a combination of a gaming and a horror fan, plus my current members like the dark theme.

Zetaboards has it where the news banner is upwards and the affiliates being at the bottom, makes sense to me
