First Impressions: (13 out of 15)
My first impressions are very, very good. I don't think I have seen anything on the web like this in a very long time. Everything seems to be custom coded, the images were all made from scratch and not "stolen," and I think you have something unique here.
Off the back I do feel a little bit lost traveling around the "forum" because it's not really laid out in categories and forums like a regular forum, but we will touch on that later.
Site Structure: (13 out of 15)
So right from the get-go I am trying to find a link that will show me all of the categories and forums and I seem to be having a very difficult time finding it from the beginning. I like that there is a lot of thought put into how the site is laid out though. I can tell that you really put some time and effort in and I know still are. So good work there.
So as I keep looking around, I think that most of your forums are laid out on the left sidebar. At first I was skeptical, and it will probably turn people away, but I always complain that I never see anything new and exciting, and I can't criticize you here because you really are trying something different. So on a personal level, I'm not a big fan with everything being laid out on the left side, but as a webmaster and reviewer, I think it's quite genius. Also, everything is categorical and makes sense which to me is pretty important. The more sense is put into how everything is laid out, the easier it is for members to find. So great work there.
Overall, I think the website is laid out and structured nicely. At first glance it can be quite intimidating, but with just a little bit of work you can find your way around quite nicely. By the way, love the home page with you describing everything.
Design Quality: (14 out of 15)
I don't want you to get mad here because I really don't have too much to say. I really like the style that you have taken in designing this site. I see things that I never have on a Harry Potter site and I think just about everything looks custom made. That is a huge plus for me.
I am a little torn by the logo. I think the text should be a little more bold to really shine at the top of your site. The first thing that draws my eyes are the point systems and it really should be the logo at the top. That is the way you are branding your site and I think it is important to really be prideful of the logo. The text is nice and the simplicity is great, but it isn't big enough to where I think it can stand out and invite people in.
I like the dark theme because it's nice on the eyes and I also think that it fits with Harry Potter well. The Harry Potter universe is a very dark universe that has a lot of depth and dark moments within it. I feel like I walked through the front doors at Hogwarts with the yellow and black. I think you did a very nice job on the color schemes. Great work.
Originality: (13 out of 15)
You really hit the nail on the head here with originality. I think what you have here is excellent on an original level because I have not seen anything like this anywhere on the web. So as to talking about the originality, I want to talk about feasibility.
My overall question is how do you plan on marketing this site? We have chatted in the past about it's direction and what you are going to do and I think you might have a difficult time accomplishing what you want here. There is a lot of work to be done on the site, creating content, the classes, etc. but I think the most difficult part for you will be finding a very dedicated user base that is willing to partake in what you have here.
I hope your originality of the site itself helps you, but you are really going to need a great marketing plan to generate a significant user base and following.

Overall, I think you have something really nice and unique here. I think you might have a hard time making this site big because it really is going to require quite a bit of hard work. Best of luck!
. I love the scroll for enrolling as well. Considering you havn't opened up as yet I can't say much about activity. One thing I would do is maybe try to reduce the width of the forum a bit so the background can be seen a bit more
