Home Alone - a movie for the kids

Starring Macaulay Caulkin, Home Alone is one movie that shows a “Dennis The Menace” kid who successfully fights off the bad guys all by himself. His family goes to Paris for their Christmas vacation and inadvertently leaves the 8-year old boy at home. And here comes the burglars in the person of Joe Pesci and Daniel Stern and the riot starts. Suspenseful but exhilarating, this is one movie that the kids would surely enjoy.

I remember watching this movie a long time ago when it first came out. It's actually a pretty good movie.

They made a second movie with him and the same burglars, except this time, the family decides to take a trip to Florida and Macaulay's character ends up in New York by mistake. Once in New York, Macaulay's character must defend himself once again in territory that is completely new to him.

I have watched this movie numerous times. I liked it more than 'The Baby's Day Out'.

This was one of my favourite childhood films - well the first and second in the franchise.
We still try and watch them both every Christmas as it had become a bit of a tradition over the years 😀

Two kiddie movies I love are Agent Cody Banks and Home Alone series. As a matter of fact, when someone tells Christmas, I get reminded of Home Alone movies. Its awesome! Too bad they stopped it now

I used to watch this a lot. The first two films were fantastic, when the third one came, I stopped watching because it changed dramatically. I do think it's a family friendly film, because it's set around Christmas. I must watch it at the weekend.
