The Media/Entertainment description: "Discuss about movies, television, music, and books here." You need to delete "about".
Graphics Section decription: "Discuss GFX software, art works, GOTW and other graphic related things here." "art works" should be "artwork".
"Forum Feedback/Suggestion" should be "Forum Feedback/Suggestions"

Very nice theme!
A thing I would do is calm down on the announcements, no disrespect but don't post an update about every little thing everyday, it makes announcements seem less valuable.
Good stream of topics though, all are related to the forum genera 🙂 Nice job.

I quite like the new theme/skin. The simplicity is appealing so that's a good choice, and it can be worked with to make it more complex for future expansion.
Some of your descriptions pretty much are obvious from the title, so maybe make them unique to your forum, and a few have no description, so to the new member, it can become daunting as to where to post topics.
Also, I think your internal icons for topics could be more appropriate to the forum, as they seem too default.
