i was wondering how to have a homepage withought installing any cms?

Intergrate means connecting. You want a forum too so the site would connect to the forum.

You've probably got 3 options:

A) Code one yourself, you'll have to learn.
B) Pay someone to do it for you.
C) Find someone really nice to do it for you for free.

well i think portal in a way is very limited, thats why i do not want to go for it.

Nope. Homepages don't really need intergration, as you'd go to the forum for that unless it's just a simple new posts widget. And downloading a template is a bad thing to do -- chances are people will recognise it and you'll look bad. If you make it yourself you can have it exactly how you want it.
