I have some questions which of the following hos is the best ?

Vbulleitien ( Not sure how to spell it )

SMF
Mybb
Phhbb

Which is the best ? Also tell me why, I hope not everyone says Vb is the best.

They are softwares not hosts? But the best forum software is either IPB (Paid) Or PHPBB (Free)

Yes, the license is permanent, but the support tickets and the downloads, you have to renew for. ($25 payments) (every 6 months or a year)

But for cpanel hosting, I could register for starter package ($2.95/month) at USHost247.com and it would run the IPB just fine.

what do you mean tickets and the downloads. Let say I host a phpbb forum would I have to pay 25$ every year.

If you run phpbb, (free forum) you won't have to pay anything. Invision Power Board costs $145 for a license. But, if you want support from their staff and get access to THEIR downloads section, you will need an ACTIVE license. not expired. When it expires, you can still use it but not have support from them.

If you want a good host, use a paid host. You can try out USHost247.com to host it on, it runs IPB great(I use IPB as a forum for my host).

I think Cpanel is good also is SMF a good host i'm looking for RPG features like rep and shop system. SMF has one and SMF has great designs, Mybb is great as well other than IPB and VB what do you suggest I can't spend much money.

VB and IPB both have modifications that can do those things, but if you don't have the free money to spend right now, I would just focus on the hosting and get either MyBB or phpBB forum.

I run my own WebHosting business, no I am not rich 😛. I wish. Also, about your other question. No I do not own that Instadigi company but I have purchased it and that is my referral link and I'd appreciate if you bought it through my link. (Going to their site by clicking my siggy banner).
