Host Ladder's backend for the shared / reseller is currently down, I will be compensating all users. We are currently working to get our main site pushed off to a new vps because this is not right It should have been up hours ago, we are going to make sure that our main site never goes down again. As for support the client area is still up: http://www.clients.hostladder.com, we hope that you understand what is going on and how hard we are working to solve it.

All vps's are unaffected by the downtime.

Not just your host. Anyway, good that you're giving a compensation. Good luck.

Its loading for me just very slowly.
Doesnt load at all for me, you could be loading a cached copy. But techs said everything will be worked out soon, as they are working hard on this progress to get it resolved. Good luck Travis.

Ok, thanks for confirming its down, I will try and move all of them then. Tomorrow I will be moving the website and the client area to our new vps.
1gb of ram 2gb burst, just for our website.

Again I am sorry for the recent downtime all users of my service will be compensated. This will not happen ever again.

Sooner then later I may move completely to all vps's / dedicated's.

Is UShost247.com hosted with you to? because that site is down for me to. Aswell as urzhosting.com

UsHost24/7 and I are hosted on the same cloud hosting I do not buy from him at all we are seperate, UZRHosting is hosted on UsHost24/7

No I am not hosted with HostLadder, we are by the same datacenter.

Also, you can not confirm that this will never happen again; as this is electronics and you can never guarantee the lifespan of electronics as they can go out at anytime. An electronic can go out within 1 minute of using it or last for 15 years. It's all different. You can only wish for the best.

It wont happen on such a large scale, I will be moving a lot of my clients off of them now, and working on moving everyone to a new system. I do not think that 10 hours or more of downtime will ever happen again, hardware issues should be able to be fixed in under 1 hour. Software the same, why 10 hours nobody can answer that.

Maybe you guys should keep the main site and client accounts apart. So if one goes down the other don't.

Thats what we are doing, I am moving the main site / client area to its own 1gb vps. Thats enough to run around 20 sites, so it should run nice and fast.

It will be up shortly shadow, I will update you via gtalk.

As soon as hostladder's clients sites come up the main site may go back down just so everyone knows as I have the VPS standing by to accept the users. As soon as I can get access to the files I will move it.

How about mah site!?
I really need that hosting.

As its been stated here. The tech team are doing their best to restore everything to normal.

You just have to wait. And these things cant be helped.
