Your Quick Review
Pros
- I like the banner/logo you have on the homepage. It's simple, clean, and kind of memorable. The design in general on the homepage is really nice.
- I couldn't find any grammatical errors on the homepage. That's a great first step for making a professional hosting company.
- I can't exactly say why so this isn't really a valid "pro", but judging from the homepage solely, it looks promising. I would get hosting from a host that looks like that (if I didn't take prices and some other things into consideration, looking only at the theme.)
Cons
- According to the homepage, the two main colors appear to be white and orange - whereas on the "client", "order", and the "support" page the colors switch to white and blue. Not that either look particularly bad, but I believe that you should have a main color scheme and stick to it - not different ones on different pages.
- The support forum doesn't have a banner. I understand that it's a new company but something as tiny as a banner on the support fora could tell someone that you don't give care enough to get a custom banner.
- In regards to the links in the footer (TOS, ect.), almost all of them are basic HTML and have broken images.
- the title of the page is "hosting monster", I thought the name of the site was HostaMatic? I think that one of the main things that your site should improve on, is the consistency of everything. One page is blue, one page is orange. One page has a pretty design, another is plain HTML.
- Is it just me, or are all the testimonials of the site in another language? I laughed at myself at first for thinking they were actual testimonials, but then I realized it was a default page. You should remove the default pages until you have some actual content for them. Also, the banner should be the same on every page. Consistency.
- Getting some starting posts/content in the forum would help. Having a decent (content posts) support fora for your host can make a difference as to whether people buy or overlook your host.
- I would recommend this theme for the forum -

Since the rest of the pages color schemes are blue, it wouldn't work. But I would recommend that you change the main color to orange since the homepage (orange) looks better than any of the other pages (navy blue).
Final/General Thoughts
You should be proud of... The homepage theme.
You really need to work on... The page-by-page consistency of the look, the default pages.
