lol i am a bad speller... i think everyone already knows that, i will be writing something better up later and use spellcheck LOL

may i ask why you felt like taking a screenshot and underlining all the spelling mistakes then publicly posting it instead of just telling me so i could correct them?
I mean no offense but, Its not just one error, you had 3... if your host wasn't ready, then you shouldn't have started to promote it. At first it was promotion forums, and now its hosts that everyone is getting into, I took a screenshot because I feel others should know, and this is a company, people will find faults in it, but the ones I pointed out are obvious... and tells me about how your hosting is... not professional with all those mistakes, it would be ok if it was like one, but you had 3. So this is a way of letting others know of your "reliable" service. Anyways hope you will correct them.

as i posted on your forums spelling has nothing to do with the quality of hosting i am providing, i canot spell to save my life but i can provide a service that wont let you down. because of your posts i will proberly lose customers because your effectivly calling hostbit an unreliable company when you could of easily pm'd me about the mistakes instead of taking screenshots and going out of your way to make me and hostbit look bad, so yeah offense has been taken.

If you cant spell, then you probably shouldnt be running a host, those two dont go together. But I wish you all the best Dean. Always have, just fix those errors and you will be fine.

I'm not being mean, but what happens when a customer or potential client requests live support and then you can't spell to them?

Calm down guys, he is clearly new to this and is slowly getting it all together. Your website does have a few error. But really, you should at-least get Firefox, where it has a built in spell checker and go about the problem that way. Either way, good luck.

I was calm about the whole situation, I was just simply making a point to him. Slow down on the typing speed and then re-read through what you typed before you submit it. 😉 If you're not sure about something, go online and check. 🙂 Good luck to you.

What chris said is what I would say, Just double check and don't release a site before its done.

Also I would fix it soon as you have already replied about it, and do you really have a 10minute support reply time?

This site isn't finished jet and there are a few staff members that will surly help the site.
This post is here to hear the first impressions of you guys and if you have some suggestions for the site.
And i don't think spelling has anything in common with hosting...anyhow who said the he will do the support? The support staff is there to help the clients the admin is there to fix, make and administrate the site....That is my opinion 😀
Just saying remember the days you started making something on the web 🙂
