Contacting staff seems to have really helped. I did still have one momentary error but it seems to have worked out. I have been offered a great opportunity for free hosting through their server they get at work. They are not allowed to post anything that generates income though. I do not profit from my site but I do have a few contributors who are "paid" members and I will be adding adverts soon to help pay for some fees associated with marketing the site. He said this may prevent him helping me and has not gotten back to me with any news from his boss yet.
