Hosting category added to the Promotion Directory

We have added a category for hosts to the directory! The hosts were getting buried under promotion forums in Advertising/Services. I think that I successfully moved all the advertising topics for hosts to the new forum, but I may have missed a few. If I missed yours, report it or let me know directly.
