You will get cpanel. You can use whatever domain you would like.
 
So the domain must be supplied by us is what he is getting at right?

I don't exactly trust it either. Link to the hosting site? Are we on dedicated or shared? Company name? Uptime percent (not out of thin air?)
 
I just got the reseller. I can't garrentee you the uptime and it is not a hosting company.
 
What about the domain? Is it a subdomain or does the domain name need to be issued by the end user?
